Dr. Smith is board certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine and has built Dream Sleep Center around a simple mission: Better Lives Through Great Health.
The goal now is not growth for growth's sake. It is to develop excellent clinicians, stronger leaders, repeatable systems and local ownership so the organization can expand without losing quality, culture or its independent character.
