Bradley W. Smith, DO is board certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine and is the founder and medical director of Dream Sleep Center. Dream began in Pueblo in 2011 and now includes Pueblo and Colorado Springs.
The next stage is not growth for growth’s sake. It is building excellent clinicians, strong team leads, durable operating systems and local ownership so Dream can grow without becoming the kind of bureaucracy that drives good people away from healthcare.
That means Dr. Smith’s role should increasingly be Founder / Visionary / Medical Director — setting direction, protecting clinical quality and developing the people who can own the organization’s day-to-day execution.
